I always have a great experience at this optical store. Staff is AMAZING Carmen is wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about her job. Dr. Dingle is super AMAZING, friendly, patient, knowledgeableabd cares about her patients. I would recommend anyone looking to get an eye exam and glasses to come to Designer Optical of Parkchester 1440 Metropolitan Ave. You won't be disappointed!!!​​​​​​​

such a wonderful store in the neighborhood of Parkchester. The sales ladies are very welcoming and extremely professional and quite knowledgeable in the matter of quality of lenses and what is good for your eye condition and fixing of eye glasses. This is my second time coming here and I am a very satisfied customer. Definitely, will return. the eye doctor is very thorough and provides excellent care and is a very good listener. Please ignore the reviews and simply experience it yourself

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews here! The service was amazing and the lady at the counter was very friendly. I have been going here for years, and the owners are extremely nice and attentive! I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.​​​​​​​
